The cat and the mouse

Once upon a time, there was a cat that very strong and good at catch all different kind of mouse. Every mouse was afraid of him and never come out when the cat is here. People started to love him and treated him well. Gradually, the cat becomes more and more lazy and arrogant. He thinks every mouse is afraid of him and every people love him. He started to sleep and eat all the day.

One day, one skinny mouse said “If we still not going out to find some food, we would be dying. Since the cat is become lazy all the day. I think it’s a good chance to go get some food now. “Another skinny mouse was afraid and said “No, we can’t. The cat is horrible and if he find us, we can't escape." one stronger mouse said “yes, I agree. I think it is a good chance to go get some food now. The cat is lazy and arrogant now. He thinks we are afraid of him. I am stronger, I can be a leader. Let's plan and go tonight!"

At night, the mouse came out carefully and started to steal some food from the refrigerator. The cat noticed them and tried to chase them. But, the cat was not strong as before. He can't catch them successfully. He was very regret that he is become lazy and arrogant. However, it’s too late to be regret.

Moral: No matter how successful you are, we cannot be lazy and arrogant. Once your enemies become stronger, you will be failed.
