There was a rabbit and a powerful bull and they shared the
same way to their workplace. The big bull knew that the little rabbit was
scared of everything, so the bull made a joke out of it to leave his house
earlier, hide behind a corner and all of a sudden jump out to scare the rabbit
to death. When the bull got him, the rabbit started trembling in every limb and
when he rediscovered his breath he told the bull: “Stop scaring me! It’s not
funny to me. One day I will pay you back”. But the bull didn’t take him serious
and just laughed: “I’m not scared of you, little rabbit”. It so happened that
the rabbit got to know a master of martial arts. The master taught the rabbit
all kinds of tricks to defeat bigger enemies. One day, the rabbit was ready to
use his new skills towards the bull. So when the bull once again waited around
the corner, the rabbit got in position, and when the bull jumped out from
around the corner, the rabbit used a trick to bring the big, powerful bull down
to the ground. The bull was so surprised and embarrassed that he had been defeated
by the little rabbit that he moved out of town and the rabbit never saw him
again.
The story shows that
people often underestimate people, only because they are physically smaller or
appear weaker. However, technique and cleverness can defeat the strongest
person. The fable also teaches not to
be a bully.
Bullying is a big problem in childhood, and your fable imparts a powerful lesson. You used the animals cleverly and believably so that children can identify with their qualities, just as Aesop did. Good job!
